Diler and Yazıcı facilities in Gebze and Iskenderun produce 2,350,000 tons/year of billets and 1,950,000 tons/year of rebar. A 500,000 tons/year spooled coil facility is also in operation. The Wire Rod Mill, commissioned in 2008, has a capacity of 450,000 tons/year. A bell-type furnace provides 46,000 tons/year spheroidizing annealing. The plant includes billet grinding, a 70,000 tons/year PC strand facility, a 100,000 tons/year phosphating line, and 15,000 tons/year fastener wire production.
