Kaleliler Fasteners was founded in Ankara, Turkey in 1995. Today with an experienced team of 180 employee in a factory of 13.000 m2 closed area, Kaleliler produces steel bolts, nuts, threaded rods and special fasteners with drawing.Total production capacity is 600 tons/mo. In production site, Kaleliler has a wide range of machinery for cold forming, hot forging, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment and packaging. Integrated robotic systems are used in the production site and all production is tracked via IOT machines. With a well designed quality control laboratory, all necessary mechanical and dimensional tests are done and all products are delivered with 3.1 B certification and thanks to the ERP Program, traceability is available for years.
